1. The participation fees mentioned above are only a congress registration fee, the accommodation fee is not included and belongs to the participant.
2. Participation and accommodation fees include VAT.
3. Congress participation fees include; (i) attendance at all scientific presentations, (ii) a congress bag, (iii) congress documents, (iv) daytime refreshments.
4. Other services not mentioned above are not included in the registration fee, such as personal extras, accommodation, and transfers outside the free service hours.
5. Participants paying for registration after 17:00 on October 28, 2026, must come to the registration desk together with their bank receipts.
6. Participants who have to pay to the registration desk on the congress day have to pay in cash. There is no credit card payment.

- *Prices for BALMY FORESTA HOTEL are only valid for reservations made through the company.
- *Our hotel concept starts at 12:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure. The group starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
- *Soft drinks are included in the concept at the mini-bars.
- *PARTICIPANTS START WITH LUNCH UPON ARRIVAL AND END WITH BREAKFAST.
