1. The participation fees mentioned above are only a congress registration fee, the accommodation fee is not included and belongs to the participant.

2. Participation, but not accommodation fees include VAT. 

3. Congress participation fees include; (i) attendance at all scientific presentations, (ii) a congress bag, (iii) congress documents, (iv) daytime refreshments.

4. Other services not mentioned above are not included in the registration fee, such as personal extras, accommodation, and transfers outside the free service hours.

5. Participants paying for registration after 17:00 on November 01, 2025, must come to the registration desk together with their bank receipts. 

6. Participants who have to pay to the registration desk on the congress day have to pay in cash. There is no credit card payment.
