Congress Participation Acceptance Letter

All submitted abstracts will be evaluated (peer reviewed) by the Scientific Committee of Congress. The corresponding author will receive the "Acceptance Letter" through email. Each registered participant can present up to two activities (i.e., two presentations of the oral or/and poster type(s)) as the corresponding author. Besides, s/he might be a co-author in more than two.

Registration and Information Desk

Registration and Information Desk will be available at Tokat Gaziosmanpasa University Congress Center from 14:00 on Thursday, 24, 2024. Participants who made the payment after 17:00 on Monday, September 20, 2024 must show their bank receipts during registration. Participants who will pay the participation fee at the congress desk on the Congress Day must pay cash.

Participation Certificate

A participation certificate will be given to all participants who register for the congress at the end of their presentation section.

Badges

The badge will be issued during registration. During the congress all badges must be kept in all scientific and social activities.

Stand Areas

The stands will be installed next to the conference rooms. Coffee, tea and cake will be served at the stand areas. It is required to register to congress for entrance to the stand areas.

Poster Awards

Poster abstracts and Poster Presentations will be evaluated by the Committee. First three of the top five most successful posters will be awarded with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize, and the others will be awarded with the “honorable mention” certificate. The awards will be presented at the closing ceremony.

*The following awards will be presented to the 5 most valuable poster presentations.

• 1st place: first place Certificate 

• 2nd place: Second place Certificate

• 3rd place: Third place Certificate

• 4th place: Fourth place “Certificate of Recognition” 

• 5th place: Fourth place “Certificate of Recognition”

All posters will be evaluated by the “POSTER EVALUATION JURY” comprised of 5 juries and evaluated by the Award Committee. 

Cancellation Policy

There will be no refund for the cancellations of registration, accommodation, and transfer after 04 October 2024. Cancellations will be effective if the Congress Secretariat is notified in writing.
